The talk will introduce the benefits of joining the IChemE as well as the 5 C's of Chemical Engineering and the Sports day announcement.
Benefits include monthly journal TCE posted to your home, access to Knovel (large textbook database with 1000's textbooks in PDF form) including Perry's Chemical Engineering Handbook, and many other benefits like networking.
The time and venue of the talk will be as below:
a) Friday, 6th February 2009 at 12 to 1pm in LT6
and
b) Monday 9th February 2009 at 5 to 6pm in LT6
The talk will be conducted by Mr Joe Eades (Honorary Secretary -IChemE in Singapore (ExCo)- Institute of Chemical Engineers).
All NUS Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering students are invited to attend the talk. Questions pertaining to registration can be addressed at the talk.
